DR. STEPHANIE JUFFS

Dr. Stephanie Juffs' chiropractic journey started at the University of Western Ontario where she obtained an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology, with an additional Major in Rehabilitation Sciences. During her time at Western, she developed an interest in the biomechanics of the human body, and assessment and rehabilitation of injuries. This led her to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic.  Dr. Juffs also attended McMaster University to obtain a Certification in Medical Acupuncture.

Dr. Juffs practices a diversified style of chiropractic that incorporates manual therapy, including adjustments and mobilizations, acupuncture, muscle release therapy, education, orthotic prescription, and exercise prescription to care for each patient. She takes a comprehensive, individualized approach with each patient in order to help them reach their health and wellness goals and get them back to optimal functioning. Dr. Juffs has a clinical interest in treating headaches, neck pain, concussion, osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, and sports injuries, although she is happy to see you for any of your musculoskeletal ailments!

Dr. Juffs loves to keep active in the winter by playing hockey and skiing, and in the summer enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, and water-skiing. She enjoys and sees the benefits of incorporating regular strength training into her weekly routine. You can often find Dr. Juffs providing medical coverage in the community as she enjoys watching athletes compete.
